Founder: Mike Schuler
Mike is a seasoned real estate, staffing leader and top producer in Jacksonville since 2010. He has a broad Real Estate skill set ranging from land acquisition, mixed-use planning, land development, to home sales. To compliment his real estate experience, Mike also is a seasoned staffing leader with a broad network in Jacksonville. He has a genuine interest in helping people and his unique blend of Staffing and Real Estate experience enable effectiveness at placing people in great careers and homes. Outside of having fun helping people, Mike is an avid surfer and loves getting out on the social scene with his family and friends around town.
Founder: Barry Williams
Barry is a true Jacksonville local who grew up through the town's expansion. He has spent the last 20 years building and delivering innovative software products for companies allowing individuals to be more effective & efficient. Barry has been involved with multiple HR company products that give him great insight into their talent management, compensation and benefits processes and operations. In his spare time, He can be found at the beach playing competitive volleyball or enjoying the company of his wife at many local dining establishments.
